By placing an order with Classidy Enterprises, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

📦 Delivery Timeline

• Most digital products will be delivered within 24 to 72 hours unless otherwise stated in the product description or order confirmation.

☁️ File Storage & Communication

• All final digital files will be stored in secure cloud storage for 30 days post-delivery.

• Email communication, including access to final files, will be retained for 90 days after delivery.

✏️ Revision Policy

• Products $20 or less: Up to 2 revisions allowed.

• Products $21–$39.99: Up to 5 revisions allowed.

• Products $40 or more: Unlimited revisions provided, within a reasonable timeframe and scope.

🤖 Use of AI

• Classidy Enterprises may use AI tools in the development of digital products. If you prefer not to use AI-generated elements, this must be disclosed at the time of order.

🔒 Finalization & Refund Policy

• All sales are final.

• Once a product is marked as finalized, no further edits or changes will be permitted.

• Digital products are non-refundable.

📥 Ownership & Usage

• All digital products are delivered for personal or business use only.

• Resale or redistribution of any product is strictly prohibited unless a signed Resale Rights Consent Waiver is granted by Classidy Enterprises.

• All purchases made are for digital products only.

• No physical items will be shipped unless explicitly stated and paid for in advance.
