I KNOW… I KNOW….This is late. I know it is, buuuuut on one hand, this explains the entire reason I wanted to start this blog in the first place.
Have you ever seen the gif or the episode of spongebob where he becomes a mother to a baby clam and he has to do 9000 things at once while holding the baby

This is ME! I’m SpongeBob and my business is the baby clam.
I AM BURNT OUUUUUUUUUUT. Now, now, don’t get me wrong I love what I do. I love to create, I love to strategize. I love the new marketing space (even through the ups and downs of AI) , but unfortunately as they say “Love don’t pay the bills” . Working a full 40+ hour job during third shift and running my business has been tiring and to confess disheartening. More power to those who do it and still raise their kids PHEWWWW! I don’t know how I could get though this and raise a child. But lord being the owner, social media manager, accounting, marketing, *other random positions I put myself into** all in one is truly starting to hurt my brain.
Orders are coming in at their normal pace and I feel like I am still on track with my plan for 2026(…. its only March btw). But I feel like whatever I do is I can’t help but to hear that little sleep paralysis deamon in the corner telling me “ YOURE NOT DOING ENOUGH”. I wanted to start documenting how I feel and since everything else is on the internet and the worlds gonna end soon WTH am I right? Might as well chase my dreams while I’m awake.
Nevertheless I press on because I know 2 things to be true.
1.Always bet on Black
2. Always believe in me
So come with me on this journey- write your own blogs, write in the comments , share with friends and family. I wanted to create a safe space for people to scream, to celebrate and to just find a place where they feel like someone gets them. In truth I think I am also looking for the same. Creating a business is scary and I feel no one really talks about how hard it is to find community with in a creative and competitive space.
I leave you with this ...
